BRUDER-HILFE SDI REPORT ON BADAGRY CORRIDOR GRADUATE-YOUTH CONFERENCE

The badagry corridor graduate-youth conference capacity building season 2.0 with the theme: Practical/profitable digital entrepreneurship seminar which was supported by Bruder Hilfe Social development initiative has come to an impactful and successful conclusion. This was contained in a press release by the president of the initiative, Mrs Mary Bruder.

 

It should be recalled that bruder hilfe initiative sponsored twenty-three students across the three local government areas in badagry at a cost of 3500 naira per student as the initiative began plans to mentor more than 50 beneficiaries of this scheme.

 

She reiterated the significance of the entrepreneurship journey towards the sustainance of badagry youths and a relative increase in the Nations GDP, she further submitted that bruder-hilfe shares a very large insight to the core objective of the summit which is to disrupt the prevailing indolence among a good number of the youth population by raising their capacity and proficiency in any chosen career or profession to world class standard.

 

In her words, she mentioned that “Most youths are not employed largely because they are not employable” She continued by stressing the importance of building digital entrepreneurs as a viable tool towards salvaging the unemployment menace in the country and urged the beneficiaries of the scheme to put Bruder hilfe Social development initiative at an arms-length as she promised more youth empowerment and enlightenment programs and projects in the nearest future.

 

BADAGRY CORRIDOR GRADUATE-YOUTH CONFERENCE is a platform that fills the skill vacuum amongst youths in the over 263 developing communities situated between Nigeria’s most viable land border, SEME through the symbolic town, Badagry and the Agbara Industrial Estate opposite Morogbo town.
